I’ve worked with teachers, judges, lawyers, mothers, YouTubers, oil and gas executives, landscape designers, financial traders, and seven-figure founders. Their lives look nothing alike, but the underlying core was always the same: misalignment.
I kept seeing brilliant people repressing themselves for years—sometimes decades—just to maintain safety and acceptance. They stayed loyal to a reality they had completely outgrown, trapped by the human part of them that was terrified to shift.
My own path has had just as many chapters.
I’ve moved across countries and careers—from corporate design consultancy and teaching to helping establish an integrative bodywork academy in Japan.
The thread running through my life has always been an obsession with human potential: What comes naturally to you? What holds you back? And what becomes possible when those two forces are finally understood?
