Since 2010, she has dedicated herself to personal development, achieving deep and complete healing, and transformation in her own journey. She progressed from burnout and PTSD to embodied clarity, living the process she is most passionate about: purification, movement arts, natural medicine, and sharing these offerings with others.

Her experience spans the commercial and private wellness industry, serving as both a spa developer and a traveling restorative wellness ambassador, therapist, and student of ancient arts.

After many years working in destination wellness locations and companies - including the maderien Oriental Express, Hilton, the Four Seasons, and various Balinese Ayurvedic day spas - she went on to assist and support the development of wellness and healing centre’s in Japan. She served as an urban multi-level retreat director and traveling wellness ambassador, setting up multiple spas for an affluent visionary Japanese company and then for a salience Ayurvedic brand into Auckland's Sky City Towers. There, she worked with thousands of clients as a body therapist.

Returning to New Zealand to fulfill a long-standing goal, she became a qualified Kundalini yoga teacher, meditation instructor, and nutritionist. She completed Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainings alongside earning a degree in Natural Health Sciences at the esteemed College of Naturopathic Medicine in New Zealand and at Brandon Raynor's School of Energetic Medicines.

However while rankings a family and creative energy and capacity is known to expand or at lest thats what happened when I was deep into my life force activation programs and I transitioned form private clients work in day spas into design consultancy where I had the privilege to go on a journey with people in a different space and designing and project managing peoples dream homes, deploying all the necessary detail and construction design expertise to make that happen.

It was during covid lock down that I returned to my holistic foundation and signed up for a 10 day transformation of kundalini yoga it was during the 8th day of doubling down on my practices that a major shift occurred. and the produce experience of awakening kundalini occurred transversing my energy centres and pathways into an illuminated state of oneness and sadmadhi for weeks

following this is what inspired me to complete my certifications and to integrate and make sense of the anatomy of kundalini awakening and spiritual sciences practices that the once ancients royals had as their private practices for radiance and magnetism

It was during this phase new ability known has the shiddis awakened , which took me to study further still.

feeling more defined as a Vedic healer and Vedic astrologer to complete my range of offerings through the lens of ancient wisdom and healing arts of the Vedics. although I am forever a student refining evolving and upgrading as I travel this integrative path

The process of Kundalini awaking wether is a spontaneous occurrence or invited is not a once and done occurrence, in fact once awoken in the psychically sense, a person can slump yet they are best to keep going as to work through the 7 other phases of kundalini awakening. where the process and energy become more refined more embodied and sustainable as to pour this divine creative life force into once offerings

Today Jade stands today as a shining light of holistic wisdom and compassionate guidance. She empowers individuals to embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing through Kundalini or spiritual awakening 1:1 sessions, workshops, and group work, all under the umbrella of Sundari Studios.

The name Sundari Studios was inspired by the triple goddess Lalita Tripura Sundari, the comic one revered as the White Tantric hidden goddess. Aligning with this devotional archetype embodies the holistic nature of jades woven and worldly path.
